Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our grow kit materials, we do not offer returns on this product. However, if your product is compromised upon receiving and opening the package, please submit clear photo proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery to help@sporevision.com.

Once we receive your photos, our team will thoroughly assess whether the issue was caused by a company error. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement product. Please note that replacements are provided only when there is clear evidence of a defect or damage not caused by shipping facilities. We are not responsible for damages that occur due to mishandling by shipping carriers.

As it is not possible to return these items, the best course of action for a defective product is a replacement. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and are committed to resolving any valid issues promptly.
